Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the country has seen four types of government - ‘naampanthi’ (dynastic rulers), ‘vampanthi’ (left), ‘damanpanthi’ (rulers using money and muscle power) and now ‘vikaspanthi’ which talks of development.
