Congress leader Sam Pitroda on Friday apologised for his "hua-to-hua" remark over the 1984 anti-Sikh riots even as Prime Minister Narendra Modi slammed the comment and said it showed the "character and arrogance" of the party. "I feel sorry that my remark was misrepresented, I apologise. This has been blown out of proportion,"Pitroda said.
