The SC on Wednesday said it will go to the root of the alleged conspiracy made by a lawyer that there was a conspiracy to frame CJI Ranjan Gogoi in sexual harassment allegations against him. The SC said if fixers continue to manipulate the judiciary as claimed, neither this institution nor any of "us" will survive. The bench will hear the matter on Thursday.
