CJI Ranjan Gogoi and Justices SK Kaul and KM Joseph dismissed the preliminary objection raised by Union of India questioning the maintainability of the review petition. The court said it will fix a date for a detailed hearing on the review petitions which question the pricing of Rafale jets and appointment of Anil Ambani's company as offset partner.
