Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday launched a scathing attack on Rahul Gandhi saying that the Congress chief insulted women with his remark on the defence minister. The Congress chief had earlier today said that the PM ran away and asked a 'mahila' — a veiled reference to defence minister Nirmala Sitharaman to defend him.
