Debt-ridden Punjab to seek bailout package from 15th finance panel

Punjab’s outstanding debt, which was Rs1.96 lakh crore on March 31, 2018, is estimated to touch Rs 2.11 lakh crore at the end of the 2018-19 fiscal, with much of borrowings going into debt servicing.
