The accidental death of Manoj Kumar (27), a researcher at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) lab stunned the institute where three other researchers also got injured. The accident happened at about 2 pm at the shock waves and hypersonic lab operating under the aerospace engineering department while creating a shock wave as part of an ongoing research project.
