Landslide in China creates artificial lake, dries up Arunachal river

The landslide in Yarlung Tsangpo river is said to have struck near a village in China’s Menling County and the water in the artificial lake has risen to 131 feet by Thursday, according to Chinese authorities. This is set off alarm in Arunachal Pradesh as the water level in Siang river has gone down.
