Sailing skills, Navy training helped me survive, says Abhilash Tomy

Abhilash Tomy was drifting for nearly three days in the Indian Ocean in his 32-feet long yacht, Thuriya, which was damaged in a storm. Vessels and naval assets in the vicinity were deployed for his rescue. Tomy credited his naval training for surviving the three-day ordeal and thanked Indian Navy for rescuing him.
