NEW DELHI: The controversy started on Wednesday, outside a London court when fugitive liquor baron Vijay Mallya spoke to reporters during his extradition hearing at the Westminster Magistrates' Court. The 62-year-old Mallya claimed that he had met finance minister Arun Jaitley before leaving the country in 2016.
